If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order and would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we will accept UNUSED ITEMS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING and provide FREE RETURN SHIPPING for all U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in same condition as they were received including original packaging. Please use a soft surface (i.e., carpet) to try on your shoes in order to prevent scratches.

Products that are damaged or missing packaging will not be accepted. Prior to shipping your return item, please contact us at support@sartorialluxury.com. Be sure to include your order number. We will respond with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

If a refund is requested, once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will only be provided on items that are damaged upon receipt or defective.
